Free Trial and Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited features that never expires. We encourage you to fully explore the free plan before subscribing to a paid plan.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the period ends
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan
  • No further charges will be made

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a critical feature does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Downgrade to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle

Refund Processing

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you are charged the prorated difference immediately. The new plan takes effect instantly.

Downgrades

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining time on your higher-tier plan.

Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, we may not be able to issue a refund. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
